Dear Northwood Instrumental Music Family,

Unfortunately, we are writing to let you know that due to circumstances far beyond our control, Mr. Quizon will not be returning to teach at Northwood next year.  He has been an integral and valued part of our program for the past three years, and this is certainly heavy news.  We appreciate everything that he has brought to our program, its students, and families, and we absolutely wish him all of the best in all he does!  He will be completing the current school year and we look forward to having him a part of all of our end of the year concerts and celebrations.  Though he will no longer be teaching at Northwood, he will always be a part of our Northwood Music Family, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact he will bring wherever he goes!

We know this inevitably leads to questions about “what’s next”, and while there are still a lot of pieces of the puzzle left to figure out, we will continue as always to strive to provide our students with the best musical experiences we can imagine.

 A personal note from Mr. Q – “Making music with you all has been one of the greatest joys of my life. While I am incredibly sad to leave, I am happy to go into the rest of my life with many beautiful memories from Northwood and I will always be invested in the community we built.
