UNIFORM FITTING

NEXT TIMB MEETING, MONDAY, AUGUST 11th, 7:00pm
Join us for the latest instrumental music news, including updates from the Music Directors.  We hope that you can join us at the Vu residence for our first TIMB meeting of the year.  If you are not able to attend in person, we do have a zoom link available.  Please email TIMB.President@gmail.com for additional details.  Please email at least 1 hour prior to the meeting for the Zoom link.  If you would like to be added to the mailing list to receive the zoom link for all TIMB meetings, please indicate that in your email.

MARCHING BAND KICKOFF CELEBRATION & PERFORMANCE, THURSDAY, AUGUST 14th at 6:00PM
Join us at the Northwood High Main Field for the Northwood Marching Band & Color Guard Kickoff Performance! Invite family, friends, NHS & TIMB alumni; everyone is welcome! Parents and friends, bring your chairs, arrive early to stake your spot.  Make sure to stop by the TIMB Welcome Table for band information, spiritwear, and more!  You can make your TIMB Marching donation of $130 if you haven’t already done so and sign up for volunteer opportunities.
Thursday’s Schedule:
9:00am-4:00pm: Last Day of Marching Band Camp
4:30pm: Dinner provided for Marching Band Students
5:00pm: Call time for students (STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LEAVE BETWEEN CAMP AND THE PERFORMANCE)
5:15pm: TIMB Information Table including Spirit Wear Purchases
          6:00pm: Kickoff Performance on the NHS Main Field

FIRST HOME GAME OF THE SEASON, FRIDAY, AUGUST 22rd @ Irvine High School
5:30pm: Student call time, meet outside the Irvine High School Gym.
7:00pm: Kickoff

PARENTS: WE NEED YOUR HELP!
We have 300+ volunteer spots to fill for marching band: serving food, stadium setup, truck driving, assisting with uniforms and taking photos and video. Help for 1-2 hours, or at every football game or performance.

We have approximately 220 students registered for Marching Band this year.  We need ALL parents to volunteer to make this year a fun and successful season for the students.   We know that everyone has a busy schedule so we have volunteer opportunities at all level of time commitments that can fit your schedule.   We need parents to help with uniform fittings, uniform assistance at the games, serving food at half time, stadium preparation, photography and driving trucks to the games.  Please consider signing up for one of the time slots.  Thank you.
